About the Catalyst Program
The Catalyst program is the TM Forum’s proof of concept environment where suppliers and systems integrators work together for 3-6 months to create solutions for critical industry operational and systems challenges defined by end users (service providers, MSO, defense agencies, enterprise IT departments). A critical aspect of these projects is that they that accelerate development and prove out TM Forum best practices and standards including Frameworx. The solutions created by the Catalyst project teams culminate in live demonstrations at TM Forum Management World events.
Catalyst 1: Frameworx for New Cable Services
TM Forum Frameworx for Cable Catalyst will demonstrate how to deliver new services such as TV Everywhere with increased speed to market, improved operational effectiveness and monetization capabilities. This project also demonstrates the new Business Process Framework (eTOM) Quick Start guide for enabling rapid rollout of new services in a systematic fashion.
