TMNG Global Enhances Content Provider's Marketing Program

 

Challenge

The client, a content provider for business web sites, needed to build awareness about content management and its capabilities as a market leader. TMNG Global was engaged to help prepare the client for an upcoming trade show by revamping their existing communications materials.


TMNG Global Solution

Using a recently created white paper, the TMNG Global team devised a conversational script to form the basis of a presentation to be used at trade shows and conferences. The conversational flow highlighted the need for content management in today’s business environment, as well as issues and solutions for implementing a content management system. We developed training for the sales staff to facilitate smooth presentation of the material . The team also provided feedback to help the client identify weaknesses in the white paper and instances in which additional material would be beneficial. We created collateral on which the client could base speaking proposals for upcoming conferences and trade shows.


Benefits to the Client

The marketing materials we developed captured the essence of the product and provided materials necessary to create the storyboard. The white paper was consolidated to a size that better suited the presentation. Storylines and examples were added to enhance the persuasiveness of the paper.
