Impact Assessments analyze the impact of implementing the new service/project on all the organizations, resources, business processes, systems, applications and other tasks.
Level 1 & 2 business process flows are outlined after the business requirements are base-lined and software business requirements are developed to define the scope, needs, functional and operational requirements as well as training and acceptable criteria for successful deployment. User methods and procedures, along with a training plan, are developed to define the policies, procedures and rules that will be impacted by the new service.

- Our client needed to migrate customers onto a single offer set and an integrated OSS architecture in a transparent fashion. Areas of focus included contracting, service delivery, and service assurance. TMNG developed a phased approach for the systems integration, authored requirements, re-engineered business processes, managed and executed UAT, UCT, and ORT. 100% of the projects were successfully delivered on-time, providing for a seamless migration of customers.
Integrated billing and variable pricing after multiple company merger
- As a result of a merger, our client had a number of systems and processes used by formerly separate companies to bill customers. The client’s objective was to provide customers with a unified bill for all services and offer additional billing alternatives. TMNG Global served as the lead for all user testing, requirements analysis, test scenarios, test plan development, test cases and UAT, UCT, and ORT execution.
